Ruairi and Nadia started collaborating after the first pandemic lockdown. Nadia struggling with the consequences of surviving severe COVID-19, Ruairi fighting against depression, almost giving up on his music. When he learned about Nadia’ struggles he wrote songs for her as breathing exercises.  Practicing those songs helped Nadia to improve her breathing, regaining emotional and physical strength. When Ruairi saw how his songs helped Nadia’s well-being, he started writing music again.

They developed a unique musical storytelling style as an expression of the fragility and strengths that lie in all of us, conveying a message of hope through friendship and creativity.
