Lamentations of Innocence is a piece in two forms; the first of which is presented here. It is an expression of lament that mourns the loss of innocence. The quartet follows the journey of abuse from a figure head upon an innocent. It comments on events as they happen, as well as offering a retreat to contemplate and mourn the loss of innocence, both in the music and the physical realm. Lamentations of Innocence is a sorrowful morn for the abused.
