‘It’s been raining a lot lately and we have been sat inside the house. When it stops and the sun comes out, we want to go out for a walk – to the park or the countryside. It’s beautiful with the trees, hills and rivers. I think we should create this out of cardboard!’

Presented by Christopher Sacre, Creative Practitioner and founder of SEE and CREATE, this is a fun activity aimed at encouraging children to observe patterns of landscape and weather occurring in the natural world as inspiration to make some art.

SEE and CREATE is a Deaf-led organisation based in Medway which lists the best Deaf-accessible family-friendly creative events in the area, and delivers fun, creative events in British Sign Language (BSL) and spoken English.
This year SEE and CREATE launched a new ‘WATCH’ webpage and ‘WATCH CREATE’ – a series of fun family-friendly episodes presented in British Sign Language (BSL) and subtitles. ‘Cardboard Landscape’ is one of the episodes freely available to view online at www.seeandcreate.org.uk
