A therapeutic approach using music, voice, free-flow writing, sound and gentle movement to help your health and wellbeing
Music specialist Debbie Sowter (Together Talking Music) presents an introductory, interactive online workshop where we’ll be exploring and practicing some deep breathing techniques, voice-works and free-flow writing. This will help to unlock creativity and discover an awareness of self at a deeper level and finding a connection within.
Focussing on overall health and wellbeing, the workshops will help to promote some emotional release and reduce anxiety working on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
We’ll be practicing breath-works, some voice and movement exercises based on Tai Chi movements connecting with singing vowel sounds and introducing overtone singing using the BAST method of “Voice and Sound Therapy.”

Debbie will be running 2 of these 1 hour workshops, each having 10 places on the following dates:
Friday 28 August – 11am-12pm
Tuesday 1 September – 3-4pm
